Ahoy, Mateys! We stepped up to the STEM Challenge to hoist the Jolly Roger! While you are at home, keep doing your Bal-A-Vis-X! Maybe you can teach a member of your family. Keep practicing! Bal-A-Vis-X is an acronym for Balance/Auditory/Vision eXercises, all of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. We use beanbags and/or racquetballs to practice these exercises independently, with a partner, and in a group. While they may look easy, these exercises are actually quite challenging. They demand silence, concentration and cooperation, but are really fun to work on! Our classroom looks a little bit different this year. But, the messages and the rules are still the same. BE KIND! WORK HARD! If you are having a tech problem with your school ipad, your parent may email the Franklin Square UFSD help desk at [email protected] .
Please list some of your "tiny happy things". We'd love to know the little things that make you happy.
